Reliability and quality are our top priority. That is why, through a quality management system that is set up according to the ISO 9001-2015 standard, we devote a great deal of time and attention to the quality control and improvement of our products, services and employees. This standard simply means: we say what we do and do what we say with due observance of the regulations formulated in the standard.
The ISO 9001-2015 certificate ensures that we must continuously develop initiatives to improve our quality management system. Not only with a view to improving our business performance, but above all to meet the expectations of you as a customer and to exceed it (where possible). This business philosophy will continue to play a decisive role in the design of the quality policy. TÜV Nederland conducts independent audit audits annually to ensure that we actually monitor and improve our business processes.
